JNC’s workers pop in and out of each others’ offices, chat online, or converse over plates of Hawaiian BBQ to share questions, concerns, and information. One-on-one and group meetings also line up JNC staff calendars to discuss strategic directions of improving business processes and meeting client needs.

Though JNC’s office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays, JNC continues to stay active throughout the night and on weekends. For one, JNC’s Web Designer, the “Night Owl,” prefers to work late at night when most of America is asleep and the other half of the world is awake—this also helps in communicating with JNC’s offshore company in Mongolia.

Team Profile

Jonathan Kim | CEO & Founder
CEO and founder of JNC Solutions, Inc., Jonathan’s goal is to provide the best technical infrastructure to clients that desire growth in their company. Jonathan has 14 years of experience in the information technology industry in both operational and advisory roles. Before founding JNC Solutions, Jonathan played a prominent role in major projects at Bank of the West, Dept. of Social Services, and First American Title. He started JNC with the vision of providing technical solutions to industries that have been largely ignored. Under Jonathan’s leadership, JNC has delivered successful solutions to companies like Bank of America and So Cal Edison.
Jonathan balances his work with community service, church activities, and time spent with his wife, Nancy, and their two children, Joshua and Johanna. Jonathan firmly believes in incorporating the three values of JNC—Integrity, Synergy, and Commitment—at home to help him succeed at work.
Chuck Oh | Sr. Global Practice Manager
Chuck has over 18 years of operational management experience in the IT industry. As the Vice President of Global Solutions, Chuck is responsible for offshore delivery, as well as key alliances, capacity growth, process initiative and business development. He has played key leadership roles in building JNC’s global solutions platform. Prior to JNC, Chuck Oh worked as a Senior Application Developer for CAPP CARE Corp., Beech Street Corp., WebMD Corp, Concentra Corp, and Viant Corp, and has served as the CIO for LTC Corp.
Jin Hong | Professional Services Practice Manager
Jin specializes in identifying and implementing cost savings and efficiencies through business process improvements and technology implementations. Jin has over 10 years of IT/Project management experience working for major corporations in a number of industries.
